  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Clearance items and customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products without original packaging or accessories.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • International Returns: International customers are also responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees or taxes.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
